This week's video was produced with QuickTime Pro which is available from Apple Computer for PCs or MACs at $29.95. The video input and sound were recorded through my iMac with a simple microphone and an inexpensive video input.

The program used to make the promotional example linked here is from Ezedia.com. The program eZediaQTI 2 is the next generation in multimedia authoring software for the web. It is available for PCs or MACs for $49.95.

The learning curve for eZediaQTI 2 is short and producing a custom promotional movie is easy.

The microphone is plugged in to your audio-in port on your computer. Most microphones will work. Many computers come with a built-in microphone which will also work fine.

Numerous video options are available for input to your computer. Best Buy is a good place to check first. The video can also come from a digital video camera and be modified in QuickTime Pro.
